How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i usually shoot for 8 to 10 reps a set, anything less is not enough work, anything more i cant really use heavy weight
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
i average about 1 minute 30 seconds rest between sets, anything longer just seems like to much of a break for my muscles then i start feeling soft
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Id like to have Stone Colds Body because thats just one big mother!

Hey man whats up? We missed ya in the gym 2day, we started hard but quickly slowed down, where I went up in weight it really jacked my form up, it almost like starting all over. But I'm not really worried about it I know thats just part of it n I'm looking forward to the progress that this weight will bring. Well have a good one buddy....
