When I Started:

How I Started:
Personal decision to get in shape and create a new me. I have always been an athlete and as time went on, the activity level dropped... I saw a picture of me in my youth and compared it to a recent pic... I did not like what I saw. It was time for a lifestyle change... and I did it.
Why I Love It:
Gives me a sense of accomplishment. I love the results I get by setting little goals and accomplishing them... then moving on to the next challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at personal goals daily... this is a lifestyle not a cheap suite that you put on for special occasions. Do it, and do it right!
Although I have always been an athlete, I have never had what I would consider the perfect body. As a former professional baseball player, I needed to keep the bulk down so I could maintain my bat speed and range of motion in the field. I want to create a well balanced body that has the right amount of muscle and definition. I want to gain muscle in all the right places. My goal is to gain 5 lbs. of lean muscle by April 1... Then begin to cut for the summer season.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
