How I Started:
I got started playing around on a total gym at my house in my shedand running in my neighborhood.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a workout and in my everyday life and the transformation of my body from 210lbs to 170lbs.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read alot of men's health magazines, runnersworld,my kids keep me wanting to stay healthy so I can have a active and fun relationship with them without always being tired.
BB Accomplishments:
i lost 30lbs. in my first month of workingout and was able to complete the Richmond marathon Nov.15,2008.I have won my age group in my first three 5k races in the rrrc.

Hey Dan:) Thank you much for the note about me in the people you find inspiring! LOL You should take a look in the mirror though, cause I've seen you're progress pics and you've made a phenomenal transformation yourself in a short amount of time! I mean look at those abs! WOW!
