Growing up I was always a scrawny guy, I weighed in at 135 lbs being 6'2" at the age of 18. After High School I started focusing on training to get physically prepared for the emergency services (policing or firefighting). Because of this I wanted to put on size, and fast. In this initial bulking up phase I was under the impression that no matter what I ate, or how much of food I ate it would all become muscle.
