I started a while back but i tore my acl and thats when i realized that it was time to get smart and i started working out serious in April of 2006 but i have been working out for 2 years before that but nothing serious
Why I Love It:
It is just a good time, i feel in sync when i workout
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont really need to stay motivated cuz i am always motivated to workout
Friday and Saturday were my power days of 2-6 reps because i am trying to catch up on my low end because i let it go for the past two months and it is real bad. It worked out very well for me to figure out where i am at and how hard i have to work for more so i was excited about that. I...
hey man thanks for the add. you're younger yeh but you've certainly built a bodybuilder's physique and I am always up for great advice - no matter where it comes from. Would love to know more about MAX-OT. keep growing SWOLE bro!
Thanks but not thanks anyways about the offer. Just doing some research about supplement I want to get on in November. Did you notice weight loss when taking it?
Its more than a good choice, because when you start something as a career that you love it no longer feels like a job! I would definitely look into it!

No nothing serious, but I wouldnt recommend especially at the prime age of testosterone such as yourself. I think the only thing that youll find is that it can become overwhelming amounts, which really isnt a good thing!

At 18 probably not, reason being because although the products are safe they are not intended for those under 21 years of age due to its testosterone increasing matrix. If anything could I recommend a mass gainer like anavol, and vaso! Great products also!

For the most part. Sometimes they interview just to make a list for the next 12 months so that if there is an opening they can go to that list and find someone. Other times you might get 2 or 3 calls for interviews from places because they just interview for the openings that they have. But if you are willing to put in the work it WILL pay off in the end. Trust me over 5 years trying and over 15 different depts. but now I can say that I am a firefighter. It Is worth the wait and work.
If there is a CPAT test that you can take in your state do it... then they will send your app.and everything to the depts. that you want that take CPAT and all you have to do then is go for an interview. It does take a little money to take the test ( $100.00 here in Kansas) but that is good for a year for the physical and 2 years on the written. I think that when I did it I had 6 to 8 depts. call me for interviews.
No, it was more fun than effort. Its cool to play with fire. Just make sure you wear all your protective equipment. Stay safe and have fun is the name of the game.
You could get certified first and then worry about your associate's, but I'd check with the department you are trying to get on to see what the new hires have. It is very competitive and you have to meet or exceed what everyone else has. Good luck. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!
