How I Started:
I got started early i was about 13 when i started to lift weights.Im the youngest of 4 so I learned watching my big brothers
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it defines who I am, I love working out I will always do it all through my life.It makes me feel great and it helps me in my martial art training and other sports.It helps me combat stress and makes me feel great!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading diffrent magazines muscle fitness and menshealth mag.I also always train diffrently.I train in bodybuiling at least 3 to 4 times a week and always do diffrent cardio like swimming in a olimpic pool or jog at the beach or ride my bike somtimes I sprint in the track field or run up the stadiem steps or jog up the mountains or swim in the beach,I always do my cardio diffrently so i wont get bored and I change my lifting routines every 3 to 4 weeks.Pluse on some days I practice my martial arts which is also great workout and never boring!
BB Accomplishments:
My masjor accomplishments I guess I would say is that 2 1/2 years ago i was in the worst shape of my life 40 inch waist 235 pounds I lifted but I ate too much fried crap had no disipline but I stuck to bodybuilding and was able to do it none stop for more than 2 years and now im in the best shape of my life but I want to get much better!!also my calves have gotten biger and really ripped and vainy now I just want my abs to get ripped and put 1 or 2 inches on my quades and get stronger and more defined every were else.

Goal (Long):
I have been an athlete all my life but know that im 31 years old I feel like im my best so far but I know I can be 10 times better more stronger and more muscular and diffenetly more ripped.I love bodybuildind but I dont want to get super big because Im a martial artist and I dont want to get so muscular that it will slow me down,i need muscles but muscles that are strong but agile and that can make me move and strike super fast,also flexability is very important to me.I would like to be perhaps 170 or 175 but all ripped muscle right know im about 180 to 185.This is my main goal.I love to squat and do calve raises and work my muscles in full range of motion and nice full reps to feel the nice burn ,pump,I live for that!!Im not satisfiend with my abs im doing abs diffrently working diffrent sections at a time every day and some days i do abs with a 45 pound weight.They are getting very hard but still not ripped like i want them to be.Body building takes patience!!That is the main ingredient and hard work and desipline without that you wont get anywere!!That is why to me it is a way of life forever into im an old man I will still be lifting and running around feeling 18!!I give myself 6 to 9 more mounths intill I be ripped and stronger than ever.I learned one thing is that with bodybuilding you get better as you get older your muscles get get stronger and it makes you look 10 years younger as you grow older,I found a pic of me when i did my first bodybuilding contest when i was in highschool at 17 years old I won 3d place and im 31 now and look fuller and more muscular and way better than when i was in my teens and early 20S.So never give up and always train you will reach your goals consistancy is the key!
He was cool. He came down to greet all the fighters after we fought. I was still a little out of it considering I had JUST got done fighting. Total new experience to jump into a ring in front of everyone and duke it out.
Thanks alot. Actually I do martial arts. Fought in a full contact kickboxing comp down at the Arnold Classic. Met Arnold himself. I dont train nearly as much as I should but we are low on students and everybody seems to hurt themselves when they hit me. Haha. I generally keep the higher reps... I need to start experimenting with supersets tho. Thanks again
