Well I started lifting weights in 1999 when I was a sophomore in High School. I continued throughout highschool after that. I really got into it in 2002, and have been lifting consistenly ever since then. I am also a huge fan of cross training programs. I love to run and swim too. I still do love the bodybulding aspect. All of my bodybulding workouts are based off of Bob Paris 2 workout books. The only thing that turns me off in bodybuilding is the drug aspect that is painfully obvious with some.
Why I Love It:
Promotes disciple, is fun, shapes work ethic, makes me more consist.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mainly just a routine now and I love doing it.

thanks Dan. always great to hear compliments from those younger! hey man you've got the great athletic lean look--keep it up as you get older, it's very easy to slip as life catches up!
Always like to go back to america sometime. I like the freedom it has. You never know what's like to live in asian countries.
hey, I am going to lay off putting my avatar for a while. I'm pretty tired (not pissed off) with my local gym members asking me of steroids question.
I really tired all those bullshit people.
Dan, I saw your comments in my training journal. thanks.
For high foot placement leg press, you might want to perform it slow mo style to hit the hams. too fast, the movements don't kick in for me.
Also you may want to trial and error with the foot placement. I tried it last night by placing the balls of my foot above platform. ;)
happy trying!

Dan, long story. I enjoyed goofing around with funny avatar pics. it was a repeated offense to them. Actually I did write to their CEO on my love to goof around with forumers here.
Obviously, the mods take it that you need to be a serious person if you're a bodybuilder. Bodybuilders = Person with no sense of humour or goofiness.
thanks for your kind words.
