Started when I was 17 and been on/off since then... BUT have slacked due to a busy lifestyle BUT 2010 is the way!!!

I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete!
Man, its all about trial and error. If this works, keep it and log it. If it doesn't, surmise what went wrong, log it and go on to the next thing. These journey through it all give us tons of material to write about.
LOL, so how much longer you got to go before you start on that book you mentioned.
Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 20! Specially chest, ABS, shoulders and biceps! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
