How I Started:
I came to iraq looking for a change in lifestyle and wow did I get it. I found fitness to recover from depression missing family and friends
Why I Love It:
What a release, I love change and what better than a physical change on your own body. I used to think I wanted new woman and new places but now I know it is just ME, I want to change.
How I Stay Motivated:
Smiling while I run, a great workout partner, bragging rights, thinking of how I feel when I dont work out. Dont think about not going just Go then try thinking about leaving early. lol
BB Accomplishments:
All around tone, biseps and pumped pecks. Lower back, before I could not do situps cause of the pain now with good form I can accomplish my personnal goal

I feel good about this, showing major improvement and I am now noticing that I can shape muscels and I want that now.

Tone my entire physique.
Goal (Long):
Spare tire gotta go, left arm is a little weaker than right I would like to equal the two. My shoulders have some stiffness and are weak at the starting point I would like to improve that form and create better start power. My lower body has never been worked I am only just beggining with that. I have the idea that I want to be rid of all the fat and become tone then start to build when I can see defenition. First and formost loose unwanted FAT by the first of the year I intend to have all of this completed. I am now revolving my entire workout around cardio, trying to stay loose and gain solid mass while loosing unwanted stress and fat is motivating me more and more everyday. The one worry I have is when I start a new job after the start of 08 how will I keep this routine I am a bit worried of that change. But I know I CAN DO IT

I feel you on the 8 lbs...I have 15 left...the only problem is that I am building muscle and the weight stays the same... :(

Keep it up Damo!! Never quit! I need to learn a few things fron cooley myself. I bought a used weight bench (kind of ****ty) for 20 bucks. Actually I traded some green for it...lol. Take it Easy!! BV
