my friend got me to workout one day and after that i wanted to do it every day

That is great news! I am still healing myself. My forarm has been sore for almost 2 years. i have stopped weightlifting and have been goig to physio. I am going to try acupuncture today. I desperatly want to get back into the game.

I thought of another thing today. Bike riding really improves the strength in my legs. For cardio get on a bike and go do some hills. This will help strengthen you legs so that you can lift heavier in the gymm and start to grow. Good luck.

Only if you are doing all your other body parts twice a week. I only do them once a week (well I do a 4 day split then repeat one of those days the same week).
