How I Started:
I always had a belly you know not a beer belly but it look like one. I used to wear a t- shirt when I went swimming because all dress up people couldn’t tell that I was fat. Then when my girlfriend got pregnant I got the weight with her and when my daughter was born I was fatter than ever I was almost 210. For me it was a lot so I cut down on some, and lost about 5 to 10 lbs but I wasn’t enough I wanted more. There’s a picture my girlfriend took I was shirtless and holding my baby ok scratch that I was trying to hide behind her loll. That was 2008 and at the end of the year I decided to make a resolution and start to DO WORK and didn’t stop since.
Why I Love It:
The rush I get when I work out and what i see in the mirror...muscles, hey i'm getting there.
How I Stay Motivated:
Ok don't laugh but I got a picture of Will Smith from I.Robot and that's my goal to be as Cut as that. So sometimes after my workout I often look at the picture and say "I coming to get you".
