Ha ha, Yeh I can relate. But my vice is Cabernet Sauvignon, and I am also dealing with the stresses of life and a few minor muscle pulls lately, so training has been a little off. All in all everything is good though. Good to hear from you bro. Rock on and stay in touch. Bj

Ahhh, its called a home gym, walk in and crank out a few sets anytime. You should get yourself a barbell and a few small plates and you can hit forearms anytime you want, even while you are watching TV.

What only once a week??? Well, thats better than nothing I guess, but if you and I are going to arm wrestle over the last pad thai on earth then you better step it up to two or three times a week. They recover quick bro, dont let em rest too long.
