Ha ha, Yeh I can relate. But my vice is Cabernet Sauvignon, and I am also dealing with the stresses of life and a few minor muscle pulls lately, so training has been a little off. All in all everything is good though. Good to hear from you bro. Rock on and stay in touch.

Ahhh, its called a home gym, walk in and crank out a few sets anytime. You should get yourself a barbell and a few small plates and you can hit forearms anytime you want, even while you are watching TV.
