At my normal weight of 138lb. I was this weight for years, trained on and off, but never made any progress like that.
My goal is to craft a classic looking physique, like the body builders of the 60's & 70's. Keep adding mass and hit 190lb lean by the end of the year.
Goal (Long):
I have found my progress comming very slowly of late. I have mixed my training up and will add a couple of new supplements over the comming few months to try and break into the next level. I have been trying to break into the 190lb mark for the last 12 months and am finding it hard. My gains may have stalled, but it just makes me mad and want to try harder.
thanx so much bro. alwayz looking out. My wrist is startiung to feel much better, I think Ima start next week if it doesnt bother me within the next few days. take care man.
Ha ha! No more Pad Ba Mee for you! :P Dude, did people stare at you all the time when you were there? You must have seemed like a giant. I felt like a big guy when I was in Japan.
Thanks man for the advice, I've been considering adding dips and think I can do them on my powertec. Need to raise the press as high as I can get it and see if my legs will clear. Some days I wished I had purchased the powertec cage and I think its getting close to a new purchase. The leverage gym is great but it is limiting me in many ways.
I'm spent and yeah I've got the getters. Did some concentration sets on the chest and I could really feel the pecs down in there. I've been adding decline press to the routine and really feel a differences at the base of the pecs. Sleep tight man and I catch you later.
Hey, Elijah also replied about the 3 scoops and thanks I've really been getting a huge buzz of that stuff. It's great that we got this site and guys are looking out for each other.
Thanks man for the advice, I really have been trying to keep go form and it is getting easier and really starting to feel the muscles and getting better control. I just recently started holding for 4 sec. at the top and man that feels great, lol have really noticed a difference the next day and seems my muscles stay swollen/pumped longer.
BJ, man how much are you curling on that barbell? Your arms are smokin in the new pic, I just downed my 3 scoops of no xplode and about to hit the powertec can't wait you got me motivated.
hitting it hard. i'm in a cutting phase right now trying to find my ab definiton. tough. got a pointer on trying some kickboxing which is exciting---i freakin hate cardio. you look like you're maxin' out on the guns. keep it up, brother. we're watching and being motivated...
i got the same problem, but even when i benchpressed my foreamr bothered me, i felt like i had no choice. ppl were telling me the samething at the gym, to let it rest and workout legs haha. thanx bro. what are you doing bout your foreamr
