Began training and dieting for the upcoming tryouts for the USA national mens Rugby team. I haven't been at my playing weight since leaving France in 2005 and boy do I miss eating. I am keen to stay around 100kg till my return from the two test series against Japan, I just dropped below...
Holy Shit. Did a few workouts from the guys and gals at cross fit. Did the 1000m row, 30 pull ups and 30 box jumps for 3 rounds, then had a blow and tried 3 snatches, 20 wall balls and 30 push ups for 3 rounds. I would compare this workout to camping.... it's intents :)
Well hello my favorite Aussie :) I'm planning on practicing my dance moves this weekend actually. I'll be ready for you when the opportunity arrives. Coming back to the States anytime soon?
haha that's a good way to look at it. I ride a 5'10 custom Allison surfboard model I had made in north carolina, but most recently have been enjoying some toes on the nose action on a WRV 9 footer for those gnarly ankle to knee waves the east coast has had coming in :-P
this hurricane nonsense brought nothing but disappointment and white capped chop down here in the south :( I'm sure long island/new jersey is having a blast though. it's definitely worth the trip from the big norwalk :) what kind of board do you fancy these days?
oh wow aussie land? you're pretty lucky i haven't made it that far yet..but in due time aha. i've been surfing for 9 years now, and now i'm just finishing up a summer of some clean longboard waves down in wrightsville beach, north carolina :) have you made the trip for a surf sesh in new york before?
Training is in full gear right now and making good progress. Seeing changes just about daily now. I have a photo shoot the last week of September so I need to be ready..so I've had some fun this summer but it's been all about beach, outdoor concerts, parks...no partying..no eating...oh well..it's paying off.
