In about a month or two you'll gain all your muscle back because your muscle been through that stage. Just get back to weight lifting. But, I think you're lieing or atleast I'm hoping that you are. You shocked me when you said you were planing to be a world champion violin player or ping pong player now. I just can't believe this ****. No, there's nothing wrong with being a ping pong player or whatever, but you you're a bodybuilder. You'll still be #1, just get back to it.
