Background

When I Started: Jan 2005
HOW I STARTED:

- Animalpak.com -being overweight -seeing my brother's training -rugby at high school -all my new mates talking about weights and muscles -gave me incentive to fit in by working out -began to find a passion for it -followed Arnold's life through books and Dvd's (now realize he is a dirty old man and replace him as my idol with guys like Mike mentzer, tom platz, dave padillo or whateva his name is) as well as others in the golden age and wish to be part of that counter-culture.

WHY I LOVE IT:

the feeling in the gym and the confidence it gives you to get what you want and not back down when people try step on you. creating more of myself that was not there before.

My Workout Program

my workouts range from high volume to high intensity to heavy weights low reps to moderate weights with higher reps ( 12-15 ) i can train twice in a day if i feel the need or 4 times a week or 7 times flat out. i have no set plan. i hit when i want when i feel it necessary.

I will at least hit every body part once a week, right now i am doing cardio to keep the heart pumping and burning some calories etc.

i always make sure i do abdominals to keep the stomach tighter.

Even if your bigger than i am, your nowhere near as big as i am. thought i would be happy with being over 220lbs...nothing doing, want more immediately, still need to see that real size coming through. that massiveness that i covet and indeed our competitive industry covet...that monstrosity , that beast, that huge hulking hulk of a hulk...we dont need hunks anymore..or bodybuilders who can still do movies...nah...we just need bigger and better built bodybuilders...i wish to be one of those bodybuilders...right now im still way too small...need to start getting big...been trying but so far all...
