Background
- Animalpak.com -being overweight -seeing my brother's training -rugby at high school -all my new mates talking about weights and muscles -gave me incentive to fit in by working out -began to find a passion for it -followed Arnold's life through books and Dvd's (now realize he is a dirty old man and replace him as my idol with guys like Mike mentzer, tom platz, dave padillo or whateva his name is) as well as others in the golden age and wish to be part of that counter-culture.
the feeling in the gym and the confidence it gives you to get what you want and not back down when people try step on you. creating more of myself that was not there before.

I will at least hit every body part once a week, right now i am doing cardio to keep the heart pumping and burning some calories etc.
i always make sure i do abdominals to keep the stomach tighter.
