I've always been athletic. Hockey, Baseball, and Football but it wasn't until November 2009 when I took an interest in the firefighter combat challenge.
Why I Love It:
Working out allows me to clear my mind.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motiviated because I'm chasing my dreams. I want to become a firefighter. I want to push myself in the combat challenge and I want to become the best. It's not going to happen over night and I realize that. But in the end it's all going to workout the way I want it.
BB Accomplishments:

'nother thing you might want to consider - do your homework first and decide for yourself, but creatine would help ya with adding muscle. Creatine has come a long way over the last few years and some have virtually no side effects. If you want more of my opinion, PM me and let me know.
Sure! I am also working to lose weight, but more specifically fat. I lift heavy and often. Diet is key to shedding bodyfat. The transformation of cutting fat and adding muscle at the same time seems to take longer to see results, but you don't lose strength in the process.
