How I Started:
I was tired of being overweight. I started working with Dr. Joe Klemczewski for weight loss. I hired Sean McCauley a trainer with Dr. Joe and as I progressed he talked me into moving from weight loss into bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better, look better and it keeps me off of prescription drugs.
How I Stay Motivated:
I workout two nights a week with a group and two trainers. They keep me very motivated.

Beginning of diet 3 weeks till Boston
I started at 250 was about 230 in this pic. I was so excited to move from size 38 to 36! I know I don't look very excited.

school is rapidly coming to a close here. next is Summer School. what about yourself. going to spend time with the family? what about competiting? how do you find time to eat small meals as a teacher. I cannot do it. I have tried and cannot do it. keep in touch. isn't it time to post new picts.
