How I Started:
I have always been into weight lifting and cardio. Unfortunatly I was in a car accident years ago that caused me to gain weight. I have lost some... but am getting serious now about my dreams.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I work out and the wonderful feeling I get afterwards. I enjoy feeling my clothes fit properly and how I feel when I walk when I have been training. My body just all over feels better.
How I Stay Motivated:
My best friend is a weight trainer.
