Background

When I Started: Jan 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Wanted to get in shape/look stronger/be stronger, and realized your body won't just do that by itself. That, and I really didn't have much to do after school.

WHY I LOVE IT:

That feeling after a set, feeling like you've done something productive when your workout is done, and the results.
