I began bodybuilding at the young age of 14, which consisted of curling dumbbells and doing pushups daily. I came across this website and it helped me create a routine and begin lifting seriously. I lifted for about a constant year and then stopped lifting to focus on growing and high school sports.
Now I am back 4 years later lifting harder than ever. I don't plan on stopping or taking any breaks this time around!
Why I Love It:
I love to stay in shape. I love to have a great looking body. Instead of buying clothes or sneakers, I keep my body in shape and let my body do the talking.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have the help of my girlfriend to stay in tip-top shape. Also running track in NCAA College keeps me motivated to perform as best as I can.
BB Accomplishments:
Squatting my body weight for the first time.
Deadlifting over 200lbs.

Why wouldn't someone want to take care of their own body?

DahKidis inspired by JoshBme. Reason: "Great transformation and athleticism! I am working toward looking like this! "
Thanks for accepting! Your muscles look solid, defined and huge, specially pecs, ABS, arms and back! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
Sup Chris? Its obvious if you are a track star, you must be a sprinter and not a long distance runner. Sprinter bodies are mush more in shape then the other, since sprinting is more of an explosive excercise. It shows up well on you. Nice work brother.
