sup bro?... viraloid is good if your training and diet are alreqdy in check. I would start by setting up a program with both before spending $ on supps like viraloid. and no man i dont have msn or aim anymore sry man, just pm me if i can help any more!

thx for comment for my diet i dont drink sodas and egg whites is important try to stay away from fast food and sugar.
lots of protein and low sodium foods.
no fryed foods ether
