My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy
I'm pretty much always changing my workout routine. I like to keep it intense, low rest times, time under tension. Right now my split is
Monday // Chest, triceps, forearms; HIIT
Tuesday // Back, Biceps
Wednesday //Legs, Core, triceps(optional depending on if arms are rested)
Thursday //Shoulders, forearms; HIIT
Friday // Arms, Abs
Saturday // "Rest" Day ;) (low intensity cardio: bike riding, slow job, etc.)
Sunday // Full body (higher reps/lighter weights)
My technique: DTP, GVT, HIIT for cardio, Rest pauses, Negatives (1sec pos 3sec neg), Holds, Super and giant sets.
I keep learning and adding to my routine. I'm a firm believer in training smart and even more passion.
Working for me so far. Seeing results in months that people see in twice or even thrice the time!
