I think I got in to working out, because of my martial arts training...
Why I Love It:
It gives me confidence and a great deal of satisfaction ´when I can see that my training works for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to transform myself. It gives me confidence. I've allways been a very short and skinny guy. Got bullied a lot in primaryschool. I would very much like to show them that they couldn't break me down.
I poseted a video of some pullups. I't is kind of a ok video, shows the back muscles ok. I'm a little on the heavy side right now because it's winter and bulk time but you can still see some rip. Let me know what you think.

Okk Kool, Yh me too, im also tryin to add mass- but as clean as possible. I weigh around 66kg, but my muscle is really dense which makes it hard for me too put on fat, which i can turn into muscle. Just try and keep it clean to limit fat gain, Increase cals around ur workout(esp carbs) and gradually increase ur cals throughout the day. ull see results, just need to give it time.
Thanks for your inquiry. I work my chest out with great intensity twice a week. Hit it from all angles. Various exercises and various weights. Each set ... I rep to failure. Repeat : I rep to failure. In doing so ...my pecs feel pain. Thanks for asking.
