I have always tall and skinny but very muscular,I trained basketball so I was in good shape,but I neem more body mass and thats what I ever wanted ,,I want to get 10kgs and thats enough for me,I know its very difficult but Im very motivated and hard working,and with help of bodybuilding.com I think I will be able to achieve it after some period
