Summer has come and gone and I have not been to the GYM in a very long time!? Who knew having your own business could and would take so much of my free time???

Started a new program to keep it interesting. Still making it to the gym consstently and eating well. Trying to bulk a little then cut down for the summer months. Glad to have you back.
Hey bud... so dar things are looking good over on this end. My workouts and diet are starting to pay off. I can understand how things can get pretty busy... just as long as you keep finding times to get in your workouts will pay off... keep it up!
Just sitten back havin a beer and thought I better check in and see how things are going with you. Today is my cheat day but last week was a success. I went very heavy and this week I will be doing high reps. Stay in touch.
Don't sweat it. Keep following along with the weightlifting. I have dropped many pounds without any cardio. My main focus is still the weights. I only do cardio twice a week for 20-25 minutes. You can still get the look you want with weights. Just increase the speed and weight. In other words go intense. Goo luck and I hope you stay aboard.
