My Motivation Program

Not really sure. I want to be the best I guess? I'm a Meso-endo or endo-meso... So I keep a fairly high bodyfat simply because I don't diet well.

I'm starting to get really good in the gym so that's motivated me and I keep making strength gains. Now I just need to get it together in the kitchen.
