this is new to me so ima just see what happens, im going to blog about one of the main skills it takes to be a personal trainer. LISTENING. very important to listen to your clients and pay attintion to they needs just today i was training one of my long time clients and he started crying to me about the fact he just lost his brother at first i was schocked and sisnt know how to react but i quickly pulled him to the side and we finished the conversation then got back to the work and afterwards he said he loved the way i handed that situation that i kept him in the zone and connected with him on...
