Not at my heaviest but pretty close. I was close to 300 pounds if not a little over. i maxed out at 340
front 220 pounds i wanna lose another 20 pounds and then its time to tone up

ok first off ill start by saying my diet sucks but i have tried everything and anything to work on my diet but no luck i have tried 3 meals six meals you name it i tired it i cant seem to get a diet that works for me does anything have any ideas on what i can do or what u should be eating i...
