Workout Program:
As soon as I actually get an official workout program I will upload it on here. But this is what I do so far, along with other things that I just don't know how to list. So once I find out the names of them ill put them up here.


I try my BEST to hit the gym everyday by 10AM.

Monday: Fast pase walking and running for 25 minutes and 100 Sit ups.

Tuesdays: Fast pase walking and running for 25 minutes, 110 Sit ups, 50 Chest Presses @ 70lbs, 30 Leg Extensions @ 100lbs and 30 Leg Presses @ 80lbs.

Wednesdays: Fast pase walking and running for 25 minutes and 100 Sit ups.

Thursdays: Fast pase walking and running for 25 minutes, 110 Sit ups, 50 Chest Presses @ 70lbs, 30 Leg Extensions @ 100lbs and 30 Leg Presses @ 80lbs.

Fridays: Fast pase walking and running for 25 minutes and 100 Sit ups.

Saturday: Swimming (if I go)

Sunday: OFF.
