How I Started:
I don't know if this is good so don't laugh at me, but I started off doing 3 sets of 30 sit ups (since sit ups have always been easy for me to do), 2 sets of backwards calf press, 2 sets of 20 on the chest press and fast pase walking with running on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
Why I Love It:
It's not so much that I love bodybuilding or working out. I just know that it's the only way that I know how or can have the body that I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at other peoples body and photo's of people who have actually put the work and effort into a consistant work out plan, schedule and sticking with it. And in that I hope to one day gain the muscle mass that they have.
BB Accomplishments:
I would really love to build up my chest, arms and ass. I guess my legs would probably be a secondary. (It wouldn't make since having the upper half and not the bottom right? I would like to accomplish this hopefully by the mid Summer of 2007. But until then I will be uploading photo's every month to every other month just so you real heavy weights in working out can see my progress. Constructive criticism, comments or suggestions are always welcomed and accepted!

Goal (Long):
Like I mentioned in the main goal, I would like to gain at least 30lbs. in muscle mass and weight, but more so muscle. So if there is anyone out there in the NYC area who could help a brother out with that, let me know. Even if it's just advice.
I'm new at the whole working out thing. So I wanted to know if there are any supplements that I could use to help me grow muscle along with my work out, but in the same token to help me gain weight. Two people told me about this "N.O. Xplode" drink, so I just wanted to get some more...
As soon as I actually get an official workout program I will upload it on here. But this is what I do so far, along with other things that I just don't know how to list. So once I find out the names of them ill put them up here.
