4 weeks after my bulking phase where i increased my meals meals from 3 to 6. Weight went up to 204 lbs.I had stoped working abs for those 4 weeks to and it definately shows.

Me right after i came back from leave. I wasnt lifting for about 2 months. I lost way to much size. I was mre like Frank The Geo Metro, lol
