idk man i had gotten big and let it all go cuz i went on leave and when i came back i was determined to get my bigness back. i hit the trisets really hard with everything. mainly mass builders though for about 3.5 weeks.

Hey man i know you dont remeber me but i was one of those dudes that asked you about your back routine. your back pic inspired me to get my back right and i feel ive done a pretty good job. i kinda used some other techniques but the result was the same. thanks man!!!
