How I Started:
Playing sports. ive been lifting off and on but now i plan on making it a routine thing.
Why I Love It:
I love the my body transforms into a masterpiece when i workout consistently.
How I Stay Motivated:
Your body is a canvas. It's up to you to be Michealangelo or a kindergartener when it comes to the finished masterpiece. I plan on being better than them all. I also cant let myself get fat.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking 200 lbs in bodyweight.
Squating 405 for 6 reps on a 6 set pyramid workout.
benching 275 for 6 reps on a 6 set pyramid workout.
Getting back on track after coming back from leave where i hadnt worked out in like 2 months.

Goal (Long):
I want to maintain my size while toning up. Really bringin out my abs and toning my obliques. I could use just a tad more thickness in my back and really bring out my abs. I also want to ad a half inch to my arms. Weightlifting goals are 405 lb bench press, 500 lb squat, 500 lb deadlift.
Has anyone ever experienced wrist slints? Or wrist pain? i usually get it from doin heavy barbell curls and it really hurts when im releasing the bar, thats really where u feel the pain. It comes on and off but im tryin to get rid of it. Any suggestions or tips out there?
You got it all back with tri-sets. tri-sets of mass builders. Cleans, deads, and squats probably. such a crazy tri-set.

Man, thats how the madness starts. "Eh, 205 isn't enough, I'll shoot for 215." Then next thing you know you find yourself shooting for 250-280 and end up being a monster before you even realize it. Its fun though, way fun. You might say thats too big, but well, it kinda sneaks up on you.
