decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass. then we will see about bulking up . dude sorry to hear about the injury

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

Hey that is a good strategy. Just keep the reps up high. and very little rest on them. Hit them hard and fast. You have some good peaks on biceps. So should be little trouble on abdominals.

I know the feeling. Try training them everyday. Just something everyday for them. 10 to 15 minutes of ab work 5 days week. And they should pop!

Hey man
I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
specifics advice critique all welcome
