I want to start improving my main lifts and progress on my bench, squat, and dead lift to 300 while keeping low bf%
Goal (Long):
-I've never done squatting and dead lifting except high reps for endurance. I want to improve those.
Also, my bench is very weak due to too much cutting and running and has gotten worse over the past year. I want to reach 300 on all those lifts, probably more on dead lifts and squats.
-I also want to keep low bf as bulking doesn't work for me. I gain wight too easily (7 lbs in 2 days on 4 meals a day!). I also lose weight easily, so it is impossible for me to gain/cut properly without adding too much fat/losing too much muscle. I'll take it slow.

I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
specifics advice critique all welcome
