How I Started:
Since my back injury drawn and has made so much pain in high school year. Terrible situation that I would not walk around for month which disturbed my lower back region. I started fight back and using basic workout equipment. It helps change my life dramatic than old timer. Thank goodness, I felt much better and continueously workout... I started using weightlifting such as dumbbell (same time in high school year throughtout) and used my arms and chest. Love that techniques workout. Sweet! Noticed my dad used be bodybuilding in late 70's. I remembered he has won two trophies. He probably at lightweight division class from around Indiana's show. I don't know what his records has been taken. I think he has weightlifting division also. He retired after I was born.
Why I Love It:
By just lookin' at muscle magazine in late 1990's. Man, I wished to be lookin' like that. You know, how great looking by yourself to keep how great phyiscal shape really they are. So many different bodybuilding person who has really good experience skills and have long way to look yourself. No matter how much your goal have been tried. I'll given best shots to try it. Hey man, I'm still doing this... Garanteed... Stop sittin' on coach and eatin' junk foods in regularly. I know it is not good for you!
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly like I did to avoiding eat junk foods (maybe keep minimized junk but not too much of it). Start eat right to keep lose weight. Taking a multi-vitamin, dietary supplemental, and a whey protein mix drink.

Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
My goal is to have built solid muscle and shredded ABs. Two ways are either go to bodybuilding show or being male model.
Goal (Long):
All I have to build with muscular physique body and must be exactly in fitness or bodybuilding magazines. It could be superheros like in comics book but similarity to illstrutated muscle guys. Typically, I could said that I would be good around 250 pounds and low bodyfat (possiblely less than 10%). Whatever it takes or if not, I could be die to trying. As I wanted to stay productive style by looking good myself into career. Like my television show neither rip and walk-away model guy with beef package. No doubt about it. This is my way of achievement into future. Never give up with that.

Well I think that it is the amount of food I eat, the amout of liquids I take in, and the amout of calories. I really need to make a food journal to get a better grasp of it.

but i still take it very easy, best is to use slow controlled movement when it comes to that, and warm your shoulder always with rotator cuff exercises

be real wit ya, I have one,lol my right one to be honest, my tip would be to take it easy and comfortable on that shoulder and try to avoid a lot of behind the neck exercises
