How I Started:
I wanted a change in life. My conditioning was not nearly as good as my peers at the time. It all started on the basketball court when one my coach told me that I was going to be replaced if I didn’t step my game up. At that moment I was motivated to dedicate myself to whatever it took to get to the next level. I wanted to be the best. I quickly learned that there will ALWAYS be someone bigger faster and stronger than you. I had the wrong motivation and It quickly fizzled out. I had to dig deep within myself and truly want to change for me not anyone else. (If you were wondering “NO” I was never replaced…lol just a scare tactic from coach)
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the stress relief however it seems to be stressful trying to reach my goal. The process has slowed tremendously and I am not liking it but you have to take the good with the bad.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the changes I have seen in my friends over the past year. It's that competition that gives me my drive.
BB Accomplishments:
I am not there yet but keep checking I will get there.

Yeah, thanks. Just hit 'em today. Ate a boatload of chow afterward. Hungry again 3 hours later. Gonna go find some chicken breasts I can tear up. Did I tell u you're killin' it with you back workout? Awesome job!
dear person who sits across from me. stop sighing..you're burning calories for no reason with the extra effort on your exhales.
