Just got back from Deployment a few weeks ago took about 10 off from the gym. Started back this week with Reg routine slow, light and steady
Hey man,looks like your making progress. Here are some possible tips that might work for you. 1. do cardio 4-5 times a week 2. Work abs twice a day for 5-10 minutes each (upper in morning, lower in evening) 3. light leg squats every other day. 4. Burn an extra 500 calories and cut 300-500 calories out of your diet (eliminate fried foods, sugary foods, pops etc.) 5. Review your diet: with abs it's all about diet, exercise and then diet.
