I was an athlete and dancer growing up. Got depressed and put on a LOT of weight my senior year of high school and first year of college. Started working out at 24 Hour Fitness my Junior year....been a bumpy road at times...but I got addicted to working out and have never looked back!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE feeling strong! And I love the natural high it gives me...nothing makes a bad day better like working up a sweat does!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a group exercise instructor...I have to stay motivated, even when I don't really want to! :) Also, I run competitively and recently ventured into the world of triathlons. Eventually I am going to do an Iron Man and I will rock it!
BB Accomplishments:
I battled and overcame anorexia! It's taken 7 years, but I'm finally back to healthy thinking about eating and fitness. Awesome!

I know it sucks that we don't chat that much. I'm preparing a persuasive speech next Friday. The topic is the need for healthy foods in schools. What's new for you?
I enjoyed training one on one a lot more than a class because you're working individually with each client to better help them achieve their goals. But hey, maybe that's just me.
I didn't mean yell like I'm mad at them. I mean yell so they can hear me over the music, and the people in the back. Sometimes there's some pretty big classes you know.
