I started lifting at 12 1/2 years old to get stronger for wrestling and football, and I eventually got to enjoy the weight training more than the sports I was training for.
Why I Love It:
It's my thing. I love the dedication and discipline required, and you're in control of your own success or failure. There's no teammates on which to pass the blame.
How I Stay Motivated:
With the support of my family and girlfriend.

Congrats on the Pro Card! Wow, man I am totally impressed and more motivated after seeing your pics. I'm doing the Middle Weights @ Collegiate Nationals this year and hope to progress almost exactly as you have done. What are you bb'ing goals now?
I am glad to see you here. I have been a big fan for a long time. When ever I hhave felt bad for having a smaller build I think of you and. It gives me hope that if I work hard enuff.
Hey man I'm looking for some advice. I have never had to cut before but I am about to start. I have outlined a planned diet on my bodyblog. Would you(or anyone else reading this) please check it out and tell me what you think? Any feedback or criticism would be nice just to let me know if I'm on the right track. Thanks a lot man and looking forward to your feedback.
Looking large and in charge my friend.
You have chiseled a great physique at such a young age and you will only get better and Lord knows where that will take you.
I wish you much success.
Congrats on continuing to improve your physique and placing well at nationals! You have built quite a bit of muscle, since I first saw you in Bev's NNN. Keep up the good work. Train and eat to grow!
