I started working out for hockey but my 3rd year in college i had a catostophic injury to my left knee it left me out of hockey and the gym for over a year and shut down my confidence.

Dude...did 15, 10 and 5 reps maxes last week. Started my 15 rep block of HST yesterday. The first day is the easiest....it's gonna be badass. I just have to keep my diet on track. How bout you?
I find it's best to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and lifting in the evening. Check my blog for info about sprint 8's and diet tips too. Hope this helps...
