Do you currently have a workout partner?
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not using proper form and lifting too heavy.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My lower back seemed to have tensed up a lot which caused me to have to lay off any workout for awhile.
