I have settled on 6-8 reps for 4-5 sets.

I try to keep rest periods short; under a minute

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I have had several: right shoulder, left wrist, right elbow, both biceps. The shoulder was definately the worst as it required time off without lifting. Rest is all that seemed to help. I worked t...more
