How I Started: I Realized I wasn't getting any younger and that I needed to recapture the thrill of bodyduilding as experienced throughout high school and college.
Why I Love It: I enjoy the compliments from family, co-workers and my peers. I love knowing I can sculpt myself to look anyway I'd like to look.
How I Stay Motivated: I look in the mirror and realize that I already have made decent progress and if I want to get where I'm going then I had better stick with it.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I usually think those loud grunters are ego driven and want us all to "marvel" at the weight they move. I grunt but not loudly.
