WEHRE I'M AT NOW

WELL ITS DAY ONE WEEK 3 AND I FEEL PRETTY GOOD. SOMETIMES FEEL A LITTLE TIRED BUT SEEM TO CATCH A SECOND WIND. SO FAR PLEASED WITH REUSLTS. MY EATTING HABBITS ARE NOT AS STRICT AS KRIS'S BUT I DO USE PORTION CONTROLE AND TAKE MY SUPPLEMENTS LIKE CLOCK WORK. SO FAR IT BEEN A GOOD EXPERANCE.

WELL HERE'S WHERE I AM AT NOW. I AM BUILDING A SUPPLEMENT LIST, AND GETTING READY TO START THE KRIS, PROGRAM ON MONDAY. I HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE GYM FOR 2 WEEKS. AND WAS BEING LAX. THE LAST 2 MONTHS WHILE I WAS IN THERE. NOW I AM WELL RESTED. FOUND A PROGRAM THAT I THINK I WILL LIKE AND AM EXCITED TO GET STARTED. YES SIR.
