How I Started:
I grew up watching the 80's action flicks with Carl Weathers, Silvester Stallone, Jean Claude Van Dam, and of course Arnold Schwarzenegger. I always dreamed of being physically fit like them one day. That was my problem though I was a dreamer, I never acted on what I dreamt about. The Military helped me to become a someone who acted on what they desired! Not a person that only continued to dream for some kind of change. The Military gave me the mental tools necessary to transform my body into whatever I desired of it. So after bootcamp I began to use those tools to form the body I had always dreamed of achieving.
Why I Love It:
Theirs no better high. Like any drug it's an addiction!! You start seeing the results and you want more! The confidence it has givin me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change, "the strengh, the new definition, the confidence in myself, THE RESULTS!!" Everytime I get unmotivated I think of that guy/or girl out there thats doing that extra rep, running that extra mile, and eating that much healthier. So I suck it and kick it up a gear to push to that next level!!

Goal (Long):
When I started lifting in '05 I wanted to lose weight and gain some muscle. I weighed about 230lbs with roughly 18% body fat. Over the past three years I have been able to gain lean muscle and have dropped my wieght down to 200lbs with about 8-10% body fat. I've achieved more than I ever thought was capable. Now I want to see if I can achieve more!! I want to see if the body that God has given me can do!
I've super setted chest and triceps for a longtime now and found that it really works for me. Recently I've started super setting a ab excersise in there and found that it helps keep my heart rate up and gives me a break on my chest and triceps so I dont really have to take a break between sets...
Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training! Your muscles look huge, defined and solid and at the same time they seem ready to become as huge as you want! Specially back, ABS, arms and pecs! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
