raffytaffy You have a somewhat similar workout plan to mines, only I have a 12 day split. And also do 2 days lift, 1 day cardio.. but I take no days off. I think you should aim for 3500 calories given your height. 300 grams of protein would not hurt you. And yes, eat the same diet on your day off. Aug 4, 2008 7:09am
