Your photo is incredible, you have a unique physique. I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say, please upload photos that show the rest of your body!
I'm also very interested in your body fat percentage.
You have a somewhat similar workout plan to mines, only I have a 12 day split. And also do 2 days lift, 1 day cardio.. but I take no days off. I think you should aim for 3500 calories given your height. 300 grams of protein would not hurt you. And yes, eat the same diet on your day off.
