Goodness. Congrats on the transformation of the week. If there was a transformation of the year I think you would win that too; you look amazing. I'm a bit surprised by how tight your skin is still. A friend of mine lost a good bit a weight and had to get 5 lbs of skin cut off. In any case, fantastic job.

Its a normal lifting regiment. Where it changes is in the diet. I get 15-20g of crabs a day. Somewhat like Atkins, but not for lazy people. Supposedly it forces the body into ketosis, which it starts burning lipids over carbs. Make you -very- tired though. I've been at the same weight for about 6 months, really hoping this breaks the plateau.

Whats up boss? Training is going well. Started Keto on Monday with very precise macro tracking. Its hell in the gym but The wight is coming off again.
