Background

When I Started: Jan 2012
HOW I STARTED:

Use to workout/focus on gym stuff, but that slipped away. Thanks to the Jamie Eason LiveFit challenge I have more energy and confidence since back in the gym. You are the power in your world! You get to have whatever you choose to think! quote by Louise Hay.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's such a great feeling to work out. Some days I think "ugh I hate the gym", but I secretly love it. I just don't feel the same missing a workout. "Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember you can achieve." Mary K. Ash. I am amazed at the progress throughout the LiveFit journey. I can lift so much more than I though possible and the clean eating has helped my health tremendously. So much information on bb.com. A continuous learning experience with all the articles and supportive LiveFit BodyGroups. WOW! What an amazing journey.
