I started lifting in between a track and field injury. I tore a hamstring and was out for about 3 months. During that time I had to find something to kill time with, and well I started lifting (upper body only). This would explain why my upper body has a 3-4 month head start from my lower body.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it has helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is also the ultimate stress reliever. Which helps me stay positive and maintain a great attitude.
How I Stay Motivated:
Compliments and Results. I believe you don't just have to be active, but you have to be productive. It is less likely you will quit something when you create positive results.
BB Accomplishments:
Changing my eating habits. Pounding 2 hours at the gym or track is a waste of time if you're going to go eat a cheese burger later on. No alcohol!! No smoking!!

153 lbs at about 11% body fat. Not a bad start, but still a work in progress.
Actually, I went to a convention in San Antonio, TX this weekend and decided to drive. Little did we know a small creature was going to hop on with us... Yeah, a small smelly beetle; who would of known beetles stink that bad. Ha!
Thanks Marco! (yeah... that's right, that means I lurked around your page for a second to figure out your name ;] ). Nice arms, keep on keepin on. =]
